Why do my results show a different time?

We always convert the resulting times automatically because almost nobody always runs the exact distance, but either a metre more or a metre less. We calculate the pace from the time and distance and based on this we calculate the time corresponding to the assigned race route. For this reason, there may subsequently be deviations of +/- 1-3 seconds from the time shown in your app. This conversion will provide more objective results of the race when everyone has their time converted and the conditions are the same for everyone.

So if, for example, you have run 5.15 km in 34 minutes, you have a pace of 6:36 min/km x 5 km (race route) = 33 minutes, which we will record in the results.

I have entered the wrong gender

I you have wrongly selected the gender not corresponding to reality during registration, you can correct it without our help. Go to your registration page (you will find the link in the registration confirmation email). At the “Gender” item, click on the link “correct” and select the appropriate gender. Once the change is made, the race category for which you have registered will also change automatically.

Change of track

If you don’t feel you can manage the selected track, or, on the contrary, you have wrongly selected a different track, it does not matter and you can correct this at any time. Go to your registration page (you will find the link in the registration confirmation email). At the “Track” item, click on the link “correct” and select the new track length. It is possible to make this change before you upload proof of your run.

Registration confirmation email has not arrived

Immediately after your registration, we will send an email confirming the registration and other information. If you don’t receive this email, try looking in the All Mail or SPAM box. If you don’t find the email, it could be that the email was not delivered due to an error (mistype) when entering the email address during registration. In such case, look at the starting list and check if your registration was delivered successfully and write us a request for sending the email together with the starting number which you will find in the starting list (if your registration has been paid).

Where will I find the starting number?

 

Once the registration is paid, the starting number will be generated automatically and you will find it on the registration confirmation page. Apart from the email confirming the order, we don’t send any other emails, and you will always find everything on the registration confirmation page for which you will find a link in the confirmation email.

Uploading the run result

The registration confirmation email contains a link to your registration confirmation page and the time of the race will be displayed in the form for entering the reached time, length of the run with up to three photographs showing proof of your run. At least one photo/screenshot from the app must show the length of your race together with the time and date (it can even be “today”). Once inserted you will see the result you have sent which awaits our check. After our check and its approval, your time will be recorded in the result list. The check may last several hours, as it takes some time to check hundreds and even thousands of results at prime time alone.

Upload the photograph with proof of completion in time, by the date and hour stated in the event propositions at the latest. After this date, it will not be possible to additionally upload the result and your run will not be recorded in the result list (if you have ordered a medal, it will come regardless of the upload of the result). Bear in mind the other runners waiting impatiently for the final results and diplomas.

Where will I find the diploma?

Just as everything else so you will find the diploma on your registration page. After the race completion date (the date after the uploading of the results), we will process the received results from which we will compile the result list and all participants will be issued with a diploma which everyone can download (as a PDF) to their registration page. The link to the diploma is also available in the result list.

Sending the medal

Competitors who have ticked the request for sending a participation medal will be contacted by email within 5 days after the completion of the race with more detailed information as to whether it was possible to gather a sufficient number of medal requests in their country so that it will be possible to send them as mass correspondence by the national postal service. It is not possible to place an additional order for a medal after the registration completion date! You can change the address for sending the medal yourself at any time on your registration page.

Registration

First of all, select the route of the race and register. Don’t overestimate your strength and select a route adequate to your current health condition. The selection of the race route is active only after you enter your year of birth.

After registration we will send an email to you with summary information about your registration and information about how to send proof of completing your run.

Registration is free. The organisation of races on this scale is a very complicated discipline. We will be happy if you reward our efforts and races by sending a voluntary starting fee in a voluntary amount. Thank you very much. (You have this option directly during registration. Given that this is a worldwide project, the single universal payment option selected was by card payment online. This is the most common method of payment globally. You don’t have to worry that payment is in EUR. During the card payment, your bank will always only deduct a reasonable equivalent of the current average exchange rate against your national currency.)

After you have sent your registration to the system, you will receive an email with a link at which you will find the assigned starting number. You can print the number and run with the number pinned to your chest.

Payment

Payment of the voluntary starting fee is made online via the payment gateway by payment card (You will receive this option directly during registration. Given that this is a worldwide project, the single universal payment option selected was by card payment online. This is the most common method of payment globally. You don’t have to worry that payment is in EUR. During the card payment, your bank will always only deduct a reasonable equivalent of the current average exchange rate against your national currency.)

Start running and send proof

Plan the route anywhere in your neighbourhood according to the selected length of the race and start running at the time determined for the race. The run is not supported on a treadmill or similar equipment as this would break the equal racing conditions for competitors.

Don’t forget to record your activity on a smartwatch or mobile app (such as Endomondo).

Once you have completed the run, send proof of completion according to the email instructions in the form of a screenshot from your sports app showing the date of your run, length of the covered route and the time.
